11:45 AM – 12:30 PM | Breakout 1: Universal Access & Digital Rights | This session explores how to ensure all South Sudanese, regardless of gender, geography, or income level, can access the internet affordably and safely. It will also highlight the importance of privacy, data protection, and advocacy for digital rights in policy-making. |
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM | Breakout 2: Cybersecurity, Digital Trust & Misinformation | Participants will examine the role of digital trust in building a safe internet environment. The session will tackle misinformation, discuss practical strategies for cyber hygiene, and explore policy mechanisms to enhance national cyber resilience and identity protection. |

It will explore their practical application and national readiness for adoption. |
01:30 – 02:00 PM | AI Governance and Ethical Considerations | This session addresses the urgent need for ethical frameworks and governance models to regulate AI in South Sudan. Topics include algorithmic fairness, responsible innovation, and safeguards to ensure AI is inclusive and aligns with national development goals. |
